  • Almost 2 hours long. Feels like half of it is complaining about sleep issues and music. If your primarily looking got a psychedelic podcast that stays on point this isn't it. He's in general pretty negative as a person (both books and podcast). Disappointing.

  • Now another anti-Trump Podcast

Wow, a foolish and ego-centered whack job who doesn’t like Trump and puts it on his podcast, how fresh, how creative… how 10 years ago can you get? No one believes this trash anymore except the cultish buy-ins of Cultural Marxism and the leftist elitist wannabes.

  • Freaking dogmatic new agers.

I find it ironic that many of the critics of this fellow subscribe to the thought that there is only one way to enlightenment. Never underestimate the lack of flexibility within new age thinking. As for the podcast, it's well worth your time for the music alone.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Episode 403: Fantastic Fungi and Moving Art with Louie Schwartzberg
Q: What prompted moving away from Netflix to your own platform Moving Art?
Licensing with networks like Netflix can be restrictive and price-competitive, so creating Moving Art gave control over education, screenings, and the ability to share conscious content without fear-based limits.
Episode 403: Fantastic Fungi and Moving Art with Louie Schwartzberg
Q: How did you decide to transition from shooting people to capturing details in nature, and did that feel like a shift in your artistic identity?
The shift happened as I embraced the idea that photography is about capturing beauty and storytelling through light, texture, and time, which expanded into nature and time-lapse to express a universal rhythm.
Episode 403: Fantastic Fungi and Moving Art with Louie Schwartzberg
Q: So, technical question. When you first picked up a camera and you were documenting the police brutality and the protests, what were you shooting with?
I started with a Canon, black-and-white, after taking a crash course in photography; hands-on learning was essential before there were easy tools, and I had to learn the craft from the ground up.
Episode 399: The Temple of Eden with Suzi Kalypso
Q: What motivates Suzi to run an above-ground entheogenic temple and how does she balance ceremony with safety?
She is driven by a desire to create safe, legitimate spaces for transformative experiences, backed by intense screening, prepared education, and ongoing integration, while advocating for responsible, community-centered practice and legal legitimacy to protect participants.
Episode 391: North American Association of Visionary Churches with Scott Stanley
Q: What is the practical vision for self-determination and how might this change the regulatory landscape for these churches?
The goal is for congregations to determine what counts as religion for themselves, supported by case law and constitutional rights, rather than having the federal government or agencies define it. If successful, this would streamline exemptions and protections, reduce the need for protracted litigation, and establish a clearer, less burdensome path for churches to practice their sacraments while maintaining privacy and civil liberties.
