I resolved to start listening to more podcasts that would help me in my work life, at least when I take a walk during the work day. This one is a great listen and provides good advice, information and real world examples that can be applicable to work or personal life. It definitely helps explain some of the toxic behaviors I’ve encountered in the past and helps me appreciate the subtle nuances of being an effective leader.
Goes over every contemporary issue in the workplace and collabs with many real world leaders to help us understand the importance of EQ in our everyday lives. This podcast also does a great job with including personal stories from the two cohosts.
