I am starting a new career in hospitality after 15 years in a different industry, so I look forward to listening and learning from this podcast. I’ve already heard two episodes and I enjoy the information, but there is a constant popping noise in the mic, almost sounds like you’re playing with quarters during the entire episode. It is very distracting, so please check your levels, but I will still be tuning in for the information.
