It would not be an exaggeration to say the episode ‘Nutrition Misinformation: the Problem. With Danielle Shine’ was life changing for me. Only months ago I was using the Yuka app! A very good podcast for cosmetic and environment impact information. Even if you don‘t have the knowlege, it is easy to understand. It debunks misinformation.
Same reasoning as to why getting rid of industrial chemicals out of food, issues with seed oils, organic or not, etc….but no substance to your stance. Yes, everything is a chemical…to a point. But I don’t bake cookies with the same ingredients ultra processed food companies do. Common sense people!
