What can I say? He‘s the best. Fun podcast.
I will always have a special place in my heart to Easy Allies, even if most of their members have moved on to other things. I thought Daniel Bloodworth was a great host, so seeing him move on an Huber taking over is bittersweet but I am happy for him. It doesn’t seem like they are able to pay the bills these days so I don’t know how much longer it will last, but I will continue to be a listener to the end.
I have loved the Easy Allies podcast for a long time and I love Huber, but he is just not a good fit for hosting a podcast.
This crew is tight and the conversations of the game industry are super awesome with great takes and insight. I love the very friendly fun conversations amongst the allies and I can appreciate their love for games and introducing me to new games through the podcast. Thanks Allies!

The show covers a wide range of video game topics, from breaking industry news and market moves to hands-on impressions of new releases and indie titles. Episodes consistently blend thoughtful takes on business shifts (like studio layoffs, acquisitions, and AI in gaming) with lively debates about game releases, previews, and personal experiences, all delivered with a fun, camaraderie-driven vibe. A notable strength is the group's chemistry and willingness to weigh in on both big headlines and niche gaming phenomena, making it a reliable source for listeners who want informed, often humorous perspectives on the current state of gaming and its future.
