One of the very few pods that solely covers what matters about basketball and avoids lazy, narrative discussions.
Audio quality not very good. Too many categorical this or that discussions. Nekias can leads string conversations making good points and carrying the listener interests while Steve seems checked out, not adding much and constantly asking Nekias what he thinks after he’s already made multiple points.
Love these two! I’m a basketball junkie and they keep providing knowledge that helps me to better watch both men’s and women’s basketball better.
Finally gave this pod a shot as I’ve seen it in the nba search. I thought the name was lame and lazy so I stayed away. Should’ve trusted my gut, this pod is boring and overall pretty terrible. Wake up you two!!! Bang some pots together or drink a lot of coffee, something.
What is there to say?
If you’re here, you know who these guys are, and it’s a perfect podcast.
I would like to know who thinks of the Arrested Development-style episode titles. Because you guys are very good with witty phrases wrapped around some sort of universal saying or reference.
Most recently: “Tell It to the Judges” for the All Star weekend podcast, a play on “tell it to the judge” that everyone has heard before.
Also: “Show Me the Money” for Siakam trade, and his upcoming contract. more
