Great pod with fabulous guests and insightful mature conversations. Really happy I found this one. Thanks.
I love how Brad discusses the writing process as much as the writer's work. As a writer, I'm always interested in how other writers work. I couldn't care less about hearing about their books — I'll read them if I want to learn about them. I'm just looking for those nuggets and pearls of wisdom that will help me write better myself.
Most writing podcasts tend to be a lot of navel-gazing tripe, but the Downtown Writers Jam just, well, jams.
Brad is so wonderful. Energetic, enthusiastic, and always asks his guests the most ‘out of the box’ questions. A refreshing shift in the literary landscape.
I was a guest on Brad’s show and the conversation went places I did not expect—in the best way. Every time I tune in, I hear an honest, surprising conversation with brilliant writers. Love this podcast!
I love this podcast. Easy conversation and fun to listen to.
