Loved this podcast when I was pregnant with my first. Really informative, non judgmental and helpful information and advice. The episode I found really enlightening was the one on pain relief. I think we throw around “oh god just get the epidural!”, and I don’t think many of us know what it is and what the impact will be. I don’t say this to shame anyone who had one, and I wouldn’t have deprived myself of it if I felt like I needed one, but I think knowing about all the options and what they me... more
