His guests are knowledgeable and he comes at the topic from all angles. This is the best Lions podcast.

The content of the actual podcast is good but for god sakes take the time to place your overbearing ads in spots that don’t interrupt your sentences. Nothing is more obnoxious than listening to some trying to make a point to have an ad interrupt whoever is talking mid sentence.
