  • Lonely but supported

Emily, Danny, Dustin and sometimes guests have been my life line on this deconstruction journey. Honestly I feel so alone and know that working out my doubts and pain in community is crucial. However at this point all my friends have gone so shallow or many have ghosted. Thanks for being vicariously my friends!

Here’s hoping for real community soon.

  • Awesome listen!!

I really do appreciate being on a similar journey. I like sustainability and through several “spiritual diets” (if you will), this podcast for me definitely feels like something I can build on. Additionally, this podcast is very soothing and it’s very easy to listen to you two talk and bounce ideas off each other! #Kudos 👊🏻👊🏾👊🏻

  • I like this podcast

I find this podcast refreshing compared to the other “Deconstruction” podcasts I’ve listened to. The topics are very similar to what I was learning in my first and 2nd year of my journey (I lost my faith on year 7). The hosts have a sense of humor too, reminds me a little of a version of Rhett and Link’s humor just toned down. I understand that this podcast is more about keeping your faith. But I would love to see an interview with someone who did lose their faith.

  • Thank you!

Thank you for being vulnerable, real and relatable. Danny and Emily, you are really helping me to name my pain, put a face on my trauma and process through a lot of church stuff that has bogged me down for years!! You guys are great!
