  • motivated to love myself better

Whenever I listen to Jessi Jeans podcast I feel so encouraged and at peace with myself and my journey to health and wellbeing. I lived with a restrictive mindset for years, I was afraid of eating sugar, and I was never happy with how my body looked. I went to a personal trainer and had little energy for my workouts. It wasn’t until I took a deep dive into functional health that I realized how much damage I did to myself, physically and emotionally. I love listening to Jessi because she gives so ... more

I’ve been in therapy for years and her practical tips that incorporate brain/body exercises is the piece of the journey I need next. I also love how she stresses tackling certain aspects in a specific order for true success. She’s warm, super encouraging and honest too. Also so... more

  • So Real, So Practical!

I saw Jessi on a talk show on YouTube after I read Intuitive Eating and found the book really inadequate to help me. Now I’m bingeing on the Dear Body Podcast! I just finished #18. I was so sad when I emailed asking for a consultation call and was simply told the class was closed until May. So I’ve been listening and re-listening and journaling through these. I love the in-depth explanations of food psychology and habit psychology and overcoming. You really challenge me, and I’m trying to put ev... more

I just started this podcast. I am 14 episodes in and realizing that my habits are already changing. Subconscious changes are in effect and I am slowly healing my relationship with food.
