The last podcast about asking for things was ok but Kai makes it seem like he (or his friend) invented the idea of asking nicely for things. This is not some “hack... more
Thank you for this episode- I tend not to ask for things and I just had a hotel booking problem. I said the magic words- Any chance you could…add points to my account for the inconvenience? And BAM! 3,000 points - I’m trying to make it a habit now!
Kai is turning this podcast into his personal therapy session making this it pointless
Further he got greedy and is now not only overcharging to join his community $400/year… but upsells his own members
A greedy man hides behind the approachable, nice front he puts up
episodes are becoming less about churning news and increasingly about what Kai is doing and thinking about lately. it’s less relevant to why i subscribed in the first place, but the content is still really interesting. not sure if it makes sense to separate churning vs human interest content somehow, as separate episodes or even a spin-off pod, or otherwise reframe the pod to reflect the new direction. in any case it’s good and i’ll keep listening
It’s a breath of fresh air hearing your recent real and raw episodes where I am learning so much about churning from a real world perspective
