I’ve been an Art therapist for many years. It’s rewarding, inspiring and creative. It can at times be difficult, tedious and demanding and lonely. This podcast reminds me of why I’m an Art therapist. It’s rich with resources , inspiration and a spirit of community. Thanks so much and keep it up.
I don’t listen to a lot of podcasts but I literally never miss an episode of this one. The hosts are so sweet and inspiring - it’s like the kind of chat with old friends that leaves you ready to take on the world. Usually podcasts take a while to find their groove but it feels like these two have been creating together for years. I’m already obsessed and can’t wait to hear where they go next!
I loved this- so excited to hear more episodes.

The show centers on making creativity a practical, everyday habit and building inclusive creative communities. Across episodes, hosts—two licensed art therapists—co-create accessible conversations about creativity as a social practice, not just a fine-art pursuit. They explore how to start small, remove perfectionism, and weave art into daily life through community meetups, workshops, and portable practices. Noteworthy is the emphasis on therapy-informed creativity, low‑pressure participation, and hands-on tips for creating supportive spaces where people can connect, experiment, and sustain creative momentum together.
