The conversation we’ve all been waiting for someone to pickup. I’m hopeful we can get back to doing good work with our teams, growing people, caring for each other…without trying to force ideology on people as a requirement to work. Free to work indeed!
I love this podcast—- it gives me great hope for America
What I love about this podcast:
20 minute episodes on average. Not a big burden to add to your ever-growing podcast list.
Encouraging. Great stories of true courage. We are not alone in this insane world, and there’s good companies to work for.
To the point. No fluff, Andrew is an excellent host with great questions for the guests, lets them talk.
Basically lots of value packed into a short amount of time. Highly recommend.
I found the podcast engaging and inspirational. It’s not a long and drawn out tirade trying to whip people into a frenzied lather about all that’s wrong in the world. Rather, it’s a conversation with people celebrating victories won by steadfast diligence. Definitely worth your time
