    Dr. Morreale provides an in depth experience with some of the best leaders in law enforcement and academia. I never miss an episode and I have found parallels to my current role in law enforcement and aspirations to work in higher education. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone looking to improve their leadership skills and think outside of the box.
