Thank you for this podcast - it has been life-giving. I’ve never encountered a podcast I’ve found myself going back to in order to re-listen multiple times. This is a treasure trove. Sincerely grateful.
This has been the most helpful resource I’ve found for creating and nurturing a spirit led, contemplative culture within our church! The wisdom, practical application and thoughtful/intentional reflections are both powerful and beautiful. I wait every week for a new episode to drop! Thank you so much for this podcast! Please never stop creating this kind of content! It’s so desperately needed for churches today navigating this current cultural moment.
There are other fruitful and helpful ministry podcasts, and I enjoy them all. Yet this one is uniquely and focusedly about the beautiful calling of ministerial vocation and the surrender needed to live it to Christ. No church growth or leadership development, just a rich theology of pastoral work. I'll be revisiting this often.
Really helpful content for pastors integrating spiritual formation into the life of our churches. Thank you!

The show centers on a slower, more contemplative approach to pastoral leadership, emphasizing spiritual formation, interior life, and resisting performance-driven ministry. Across episodes, hosts and invited guests discuss practices like rule of life, sabbath keeping, catechumenate, and relational spirituality, often with practical guidance for building healthy church cultures, mentoring pastors, and fostering communal, embodied faith. Noteworthy is the consistent pairing of practical ministry talks with reflective prayer and story, plus a strong emphasis on ancient spiritual disciplines adapted for today's church context.
