Q: Do you mind talking a little bit about your new Post-Sedonius School project?

Q: What was it about Epictetus' writing that related to you so much?
It was this kind of attitude about taking care of your own feelings and how you react to situations that I felt was important, especially during a time of spiritual crisis in my life.
CoSP Pod. Ep. 4: Erik Wiegardt, founder of The College of Stoic Philosophers
Q: So Erik, how did you stumble across stoicism?
I stumbled across it since I was 19 years old. I found a book, Epictetus, and there's the Discourses of Epictetus.
