I have been listening to the Classic Tales podcast for years on and off, I must have started before 2010! The reading is always excellent and the selection of books over the years has been great. Unbelievable that he has been doing this for so long and for free. Hope he keeps going for years to come!
This podcast gets you involved in a book, then stops availability of the rest of the chapters UNLESS you pay for a subscription! Don’t get involved, or you’ll disappointed. Promises and doesn’t deliver!
I’m very much enjoying this vintage episode. Mr Harrison’s narration is excellent, as always and I always look forward to Tuesdays and another Classic Tale to take me along on another adventure. I might also mention that there is a dramatized version of this story from the golden age of radio starring William Conrad which is worth a listen as well. Thanks for all that you do, Mr. Harrison.
BJ H is my favorite podcast. I have listened to almost all his episodes (I'm not a fan of the Wodehouse ones because i love the British tv episodes of them). BJ. 's selection of stories are fabulous. His delivery is perfection. I check every day hoping for a new one and hang on his pirate episodes. Brilliant, wonderful podcast! Top tier! Abigail in Vermont
