Excellent reading style, this podcast has helped me enjoy and expand my literary knowledge. It’s a great way to de-stress and relax. Enjoying a good story and a nice walk is a great way to take a break and this is my favorite!
Sorry, but Hagedorn’s VOICE IS TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE TO NARRATE As HOLMES & WATSON; ruins it & I have to IMMEDIATELY CHANGE PROGRAMS.!!!OTHERWISE, He & His programs are delightful!
Hagadorn brings Doyle stories to life. through re-broadcast of radio shows or in narration. It is refreshing to hear a bygone way of communication that is so much more civilized. Doyle is masterful.
I simply love listening to these old shows which reveal so much about how the world has changed today. I can't help feeling life was simpler then despite the scourge of war which even now is ever present.
