Hey Homeslices, I'm back with a new podcast to round out version 4 of this podcast series! Since it's 2017 and, well, EVERYTHING, I did things a little bit differently (like, very, very slightly different) at the beginning of this podcast. If you don... more

I've been doing a lot of meditating recently - I don't know if it's due to age, all the changes happening at once in my life, the dark dark darkness of it all or what, but I somehow came to a few realizations that I hope you don't mind me including i... more

I can’t wait to keep listening so I can hear more great tunes! I sure hope there is a playlist I can listen to when I run my first 5k!
After running along to this podcast I ate salad AND dessert
Love your music and listening to you encourage me and be funny!
I’ve tried multiple Couch 2 5K podcasts over the years, and have never gotten further than two weeks in without getting bored and giving up. I just started the 7th week with Mia, and have signed up for an actual race in a month and a half. She’s hilarious, the music is sweet, and who doesn’t want a voice in their ear calling them a sexy beast mid-way through a run? Highly recommend.
This podcast changed my life. When I started I could not run for thirty seconds. Nine weeks later I competed in my first 5k (placing in the top three of my age group). The went on to a half marathon 3 weeks later. Coach Jones is the perfect motivator for people who don't take themselves too serious. This podcast is just about running but improving your mind. Coach Jones shows that we can still down a six pack on Friday night, and run like hell on Saturday. Give this podcast a try and you won't b... more
Amazing. Funny, wise, and motivating, with great music too. Some running podcasts send me to sleep with their relentless droning on. Not Mia. Only problem is I'm running out of episodes and need more to accompany me on longer runs, so Mia, how about training for a half marathon with me? These podcasts would be fantastic.
After a few years break from running I've signed up for a 10K and I am gonna count on you to get me to the finish line! Love your music choices and terrific attitude! No sugar-sweetness or boot camp meanies here!
So encouraging and real - helped me get through the whole series and really run an entire 5k without walking. I'm not a natural runner - remember the first few weeks getting excited about each milestone. C25k is a great program and Mia makes it so easy to follow. Like other reviewers I'm glad I found her!
I used this podcast only once and was shouting shut up halfway through. A little less talking would be great. Music was good but she witters on and on and on!!!!
Thank you Mia for doing a 5k to 10k podcast. I love the way Mia chats to me along my run, music is good and provides the motivation I need to get through my runs. Thanks Mia.
Finally - a couch to 5k podcast where I can't blame the music for my lack of motivation!
Great podcasts! I really would not be able to run without them, & I really need to be running! Great music selections, encouragement & well timed humor. We want more Mia!! :)
I've been doing the Couch to 5k program off and on for the past 2 years. Mia's are still the best ones out there. Great music and encouragement from Mia. Hoping she gets the rest of her version 3 up soon!
I'm a novice runner who recently completed my second time through C25K (after a non-running related injury last year). These podcasts not only contain far better music than anything else I've found, but Mia's well-timed and encouraging updates make the time pass much more easily and enjoyably. I can't imagine a run without her in my head!
Keep the podcasts coming! Please :)
