You were likely taught to wait until marriage before you even knew what sex was. But now, as an adult, it's up to you to decide whether or not you will do that. It's your decision to make. more
If you have never had sex before, it's pretty likely that you've got some questions about it. What will my first time be like? Is it going to hurt? What can I do to prepare? And lots more. more
Too many of us still believe that pain with sex is normal for women and should be expected, especially when first transitioning into sexual activity. But did you know that is actually a myth? more
One of the most common questions that I get from Christian parents is "How do I address self-touch or masturbation with my kids?" Sometimes those questions sound a little more like, "My child will not stop touching their privates. What should I do?" more

Your honest raw Christian approach is so needed in the world today! Thank you for sharing Carlie!
I’m getting married in a few weeks, and as the big day and future marriage approach, goodness there are so many feels and emotions and thoughts!! I just discovered Carlie’s podcast today, and WOW, am I so so grateful!! She teaches and navigates this tricky, yet SO important topic, with grace and lightheartedness and factual, evidence based info! I love the faith component that she brings in, and without having ever met her, I truly feel that Carlie is so genuine, loving, and caring… keep in mind... more
I really connect with what is said in this podcast because Carlie talks about real concerns, problems, or thoughts that I myself and so many others have felt. The podcast is honest, heartfelt, and Christ centered which is one of my favorite things. A good sex life is really important to me and my husband. As we seek to continue to support our relationship through sex, this podcast and Carlie’s other resources have been very helpful.
I love Carlie!!! She is the best at educating in such a fun and natural way! I am single and not sexually active (but I know one day I’ll get there) and I love listening and learning from her all the same!!! Thank you Carlie!!!
