The chocolate bar is by far my favorite! These amazing ladies do an awesome job at bringing women of color to the forefront in strength sports. As a competitive powerlifter and woc, Iāve been waiting a long time for something like this podcast! So thank you ladies! I am looking f... more
I listen to TCB for not only powerlifting but also for life lessons. The podcast is therapeutic and relatable. Thank you ladies.
I was so excited when this podcast first started because I listen to tons of fitness podcasts but it always felt like something was missing. Women of color weren't being represented and now there's a podcast for us. I can't say enough good things about TCB!
Di & Bri bring a voice is sorely missing in fitness podcastland and I'm here for it. It's refreshing to hear a couple of women of color who are active in strength sports talking about their perspective on lifting, life, body image (Episode 6 stirred up some things for me!). Bonus points because they are "regular people" like me (work full-time in non fitness related industries) AND in the 35+ age range. I listen to all sorts of fitness-y podcasts and this one really fills a special niche on my r... more
