I’ve always been annoyed by the size of my sandwiches. Using two hands has always seemed necessary due to the mass. The technique discussed in this podcast, the Center Cut, has helped me realize a new way to eat. I now have two smaller sandwiches instead of one large one. Usually I go right down the middle, but sometimes I go diagonal just for fun. Would recommend
