  • Always great

I love tuning in when Nadine is hosting - us female investors need to stick together! Nadine asks sharp questions, keeps the discussions genuinely insightful, and I especially like it when she manages to squeeze an extra “buy”. out of the guests. Friday’s episode with Claude Walker and Luke Winchester was excellent - such a treat. Another top-notch episode from Nadine. 👏👏

  • Ignore Grady

Great insights from the panel here but learnt to ignore Grady’s recommendations as literally every stock is a buy rating lol

  • David Koch should learn how to use a mike

David Koch really should know how to use a microphone by now. He’s as old as dirt. But whenever he starts talking, it’s echoey, shouty

hissing, crackling & full of feedback. Everyone else manages to speak like a normal human being. I try to only listen to the rare episodes in which he doesn’t feature.

    Either get lessons, or retire.

  • Mark Morland

Does not review the stocks properly. Twice in the last month he incorrectly reviewed the stocks. As an example he said WHC was paying a great dividend, of the top of my head he said about a 10% dividend but that was before and had changed due to buying the BHP assets in QLD as announced a few weeks before this review. Another was a company that the host had to tell him was under a takeover.

The team invest people using their conscious investor software, are my favourites on the call. They have data to back up what they say. Mark Moreland, and Howard Coleman.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

the call: Thursday 11 June
Q: Andrew, what's your view of what you're seeing on the market at the moment? Of course, you are a long-term investor. Nonetheless, are you concerned about where things are tracking at the moment?
I'm not concerned for the companies we own because we've already tried to, and our members have always tried to own businesses that will do well regardless of what's going on in the world economy. But we are absolutely in that point between the earthquake and the tsunami of this major bubble... and we may be starting to see the second round of panic hitting that market where the bubble pops.
the call: Friday 24 July
Q: What are you looking out for as we head into reporting season?
The hosts signal cautious optimism, expecting more conservative guidance from domestically exposed companies, with a focus on cost-out initiatives, potential upgrades from resource and healthcare names, and the potential for capital returns in select cases like copper and data-center plays.
the call: Wednesday 15 July
Q: What does the refinancing mean for AVL in the near term?
It provides financing aligned with the new strategic direction, enabling growth initiatives and stabilizing operational plans for the next couple of years.
global stocks | the call: Thursday 2 July
Q: How does NextEra Energy fit into an AI data center demand story?
NextEra is viewed as a big utility with exposure to AI data-center electricity demand; the hosts suggest a hold given its utility-like characteristics and valuation.
global stocks | the call: Thursday 2 July
Q: What is the view on Micron after its drop, and is it a buy for the next 2-3 years?
Micron is considered a buy by one host due to a strong earnings trajectory and a two-year memory shortage period, though the stock remains volatile in the near term.
