Hi everyone! I have been putting up episodes less frequently, but I'm hoping to change that. I just turned in the manuscript from my next book, which took over a bunch of time. But I am planning for some great conversations coming up over the next mo... more
Today, I tackle a letter with an old friend, Amar, who some of you may know from his work on The Final Straw Radio. He is one of the reasons I am making this show, as The Final Straw invited me in to start recording conversations. In past Final Straw... more
Today I talk with the great writer and friend Megan Milks about their new essay collection Mega Milk, published this year by Feminist Press. I just have to say that Mega Milk by Megan Milks is maybe the best title/author combo that will ever exist. ... more
Today I am sharing a conversation I recorded with Elia Ayoub to discuss and analyze what is going on with the US-Israeli war on Iran. We recorded on Tuesday March 10, and events keep changing, but this conversation will still be relevant insofar as w... more

Breathe. So much vocal fry. Misophoniacs beware. 3 stars because I couldn't last more than 30 seconds. The host set the record for the strongest vocal fry I've heard on a podcast yet. Breathing is good for humans.
Only 3 episodes out so far, but I’m excited to have stumbled over this podcast and can’t wait to keep listening. Excellent conversations - and giving center stage to the ending (rather than the beginning) of things is a breath of fresh air in the trans/queer/anarchist/culture-critical podcasting world!

A deep, critically engaged show exploring collective liberation, radical politics, intimate life, and culture through conversations that often blend personal narrative with political analysis. Episodes frequently center anarchist perspectives, trans rights, and queer communities, while also tackling geopolitics, media narratives, and mechanisms of power. Notable strengths include bringing in diverse thinkers—activists, writers, and scholars—to challenge mainstream perspectives, and a consistent emphasis on community, joy, and practical strategies for organizing within activist circles. Listeners may appreciate the candid, boundary-pushing approach and the focus on relational justice over traditional reformist discourse.
