  • Kelsea was THE catalyst!

Working with Kelsea was the best investment I’ve made in not only myself but in my business. The work we did together continues to have a ripple effect in my every day habits, and way in which I run my business. I am forever grateful for the time we spent together and the vision she saw in me when I was too bogged down to see it myself. 💚

  • Home birthing

I think it’s amazing what you women do and being able to home birth. My question is are you against hospitals or for like someone like me who couldn’t have a home birth because I was severely high risk. Does that change our ability to be powerful as women because I/we had to have a birth more by medicine?

Insightful and easy to follow conversations that leave me feeling uplifted and empowered! I so appreciate your show and the work you’re doing! One of my favorite quotes so far, “If you don’t ask for help, you stay where you are.” Talking about real problems and life issues and taking away any added layers of shame from society or wherever else. Thank you for sharing these stories!

Never did I think listening to this, would I hear my story. To be able to hear what Mindy went through and how similar it was to my childhood was very sad however, it gives me hope on how she came out strong, brave and resilient. I am excited to listen to more and not feel alone in my journey to me.
