  • it’s giving edgelord

love Dragula (the show overall) but these two are becoming unbearable. Rude to fans who write in, delusional about their own abilities, and riddled with casual classism, fatphobia, name it. Punk welcomes all.

  • Long Live Our Queens of Darkness!

I’ve listened to this podcast from beginning to current twice now and will soon start my third play through; nothing brings me as much comfort as tuning into Creatures of the Night! I simply can’t get enough of Drac and Swan, and getting to hear them in the podcast has been a wonderful chance to gain a deeper insight into the people behind the personas. 11/10 recommend!!

Summer Slashers
Q: Jerry from Indonesia, asks, since the show already has become so big and huge, congratulations by the way, I want to know what is the difference when the crew and production are small, like in your earlier seasons to big in your later seasons, and what are the positive and negative side effects between the two?
When the crew was smaller, yes, we had more freedom and we could do stuff faster. But you and I and Ian, the three of us did the job of like 20 people.
Summer Slashers
Q: Chris from Dallas asks a very serious Dragula style survival question. Let's say you're on a first date with someone very hot, very spooky and you're trying to impress him by being edgy, mysterious and sexually competent.
If it did in fact happen, I got to imagine that would be painful, because that'd be like having sex in the sand, which doesn't feel good.
Summer Slashers
Q: Brittany from Marilyn asks, There is a lot that goes on off the main stage, and I'm sure even more that takes place behind the scenes.
Yes, a little bit yes, a little bit no. I would say I'm different now on that if someone's behavior is disruptive to the entire cast, I will get rid of them.
Summer Slashers
Q: Samson writes, I know you've said you are fans of the 90 day franchise. Where could this be going?
Thank you for sending us down 90 Day Memory Lane, because I know now again how much we loved that show, and we need to see Shaquina and Sarpers because if someone's out there coming for Drag's gig, I want to know what she looks like.
Summer Slashers
Q: Trinity from Georgia asks, can you make seasons one through three, Titans and the Halfway to Halloween special available to purchase?
I don't know why it's not available. And honestly, a friend of ours mentioned this to us recently. She was like, why can't I buy the Halloween special on Amazon?
