The BIRTHFIT Movement will not stop. This is such a real, practical podcast that tackles subjects for the modern woman. It’s so refreshing to hear an organization use the words “mother” and “woman” and not shy away from the truth and tough convos. These women rock AND want to show up for their families. So cool!
