We've heard a lot of hype about Torrance, California's Monkish, but aside of a few collabs, have never had any of their beers on the pod. That changes today! We have 4 of their beers, thanks to listener Bart Hutt. Grant loves Damon Lindelof. more
Burial Beer Co sent us a big box full of their magnificent brews! We're trying 5 of them on this episode. This episode has everything- bicycles for lovers, pee windows, knives, and even Vigo the Carpathian. more
A few weeks ago, our buddy Kay Jay picked up some beers from an unexpected trip to the Eastern US. We weren't prepared. Oh, and completely unrelated- be team bandaid. Every time. more
Probably the best compliment I can give this podcast is that even if the episode covers a beer style I’m not a big fan of, I listen anyway for the stories (“Wow! Big spender!” had me crying). The episodes all feel like I am having beers with friends, and especially loved the 500th episode drink along. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys drinking beer. Cheers!
I’ve already listened to a bunch of episodes and I’m already addicted. These guys do a great job at describing the beers and giving their honest opinion. I would recommend this podcast to anyone that wants to try new beers and likes craft beers.
Rubio, Grant, and Mike are the perfect trio for this beer-centric podcast. Beyond their very specific beer reviews that are in-depth and diverse, their consistently entertaining banter throughout makes for an enjoyable experience.
Rubio, Grant, and Mike have a talent for performing detailed breakdowns of beer. Their analysis will really help beer fans put their appreciation for the craft into words. The podcast is an excellent blend of entertainment and education. more
Amazing episodes, I’m going thru the Cicerone Certifications specialty exams now and the level of detail and descriptors of beers you all use is absolutely amazing. I legit learn something on every episode.
