You want to sleep at the same time as listening to every word. So dozey after a few minutes.
I listened initially to check this out for my kids but have started listening to it on my own when I have trouble sleeping. It’s a great combination of interesting content, good science storytelling, and a soothing bedtime voice. Highly recommend!
My 7 year old has been having trouble falling asleep for months now. Nothing worked. A friend told us to try the Bedtime Scientist sleep casts and it was like magic. My daughter loves them and gets so excited to listen to them every night and falls asleep in minutes. Highly recommend to anyone who is having trouble with their kids sleep routine!
Discovered this podcast and finally my grandson is ready to sleep..looking forward to Bedtime Scientist’s episodes!
