I really do love it. Helps me fall asleep really fast. Only, the meditations used to be longer and when they were I wanted to skip to the story. Now, I miss how long it was. Also, make more stories, and I want them more interesting, but not adventures on away island level. Otherwise, I LOVE this podcast and it’s one of the two I listen to, and one of them I very rarely listen to. ❤️🧡💛💚💙🩵💜
