Red Sox fans need commentary that trusts both the intelligence and the passion of their fandom. Mazz calls out the team when it fails, and he does it with facts. Essential listen.
My favorite sox show. Would love it if they would 1 a month or so during offseason.
Great red sox insight, love have it daily, but maybe too long for a daily show. The Sports Hub should being this down to 25 minutes
This podcast is a big help to keep up with baseball as I have school everyday but I can listen to this in the car.
I love the insightful analysis and the guests, especially Jared. Tony Mazz draws on a long history of reporting on the Red Sox and on baseball.
I do get tired of the negativity but when the Sox are bad like last year and early this season, Tony is right to point that out.

Episodes frequently tackle big-picture topics like analytics vs. traditional scouting, ABS (automatic ball/strike) challenges, and front-office strategy, often with listener calls and occasional guests who offer broader national perspectives. A standout trait is the mix of data-driven insight and candid, opinionated debate anchored in local context, making it especially appealing to devoted Sox fans and sports readers who value both metrics and narrative. The program's strength lies in timely season coverage, strong host presence, and a willingness to challenge conv... more
