  • Red Sox are a Dumb Team

Beetle starts the week off telling us the Red Sox are dumb because they can’t remember how many outs there are. I assumed he was referring to Jarren Duran on Sunday. Later in the 1st hour, Beetle and Zo are interviewing Jim Miller who says that he expects the patriots to win 8-9 games. Then 2-3 minutes later Beetle asks Miller how many games he expects the Patriots to win this year. Hey Beetle, do you need someone to hold up flash cards showing key points already covered by guests? I give Beetle... more

  • Beetle is unbearable

Unless you have an unhinged obsession with listening to sports talk radio every day, this show is absolutely unbearable now. Beetle constantly talks over co-hosts and guests, particularly when he’s backed into a corner and is losing a debate. He sounds like the fat kid who got constantly bullied in school and wants everybody to know it. Gave up on this show years ago, went back today to try it out one more time and he is worse than I ever remember. And Zo is ostensibly a Pats employee paid to te... more

  • Getting grating

November 4 show was so frustrating to listen to. With a patriots great game to talk about they couldn’t get more that 2 minutes an hour talking about the game or the team. Just more and more insufferable garbage about stupid songs or tv shows and music from 2004. It’s football season, it’s short, please talk about football!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

72 hours to go? // How is Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum’s relationship // How does Sonny Gray feel? - 6/19 (Hour 1)
Q: What is the likely weekend trajectory for the Giannis deal according to the hosts?
They believe a weekend move is possible with a complex package involving Brown and picks, possibly a third team, and the players being shuttled to Milwaukee or Miami depending on negotiations.
Brian Robb Joins | A Big Two Weeks For Celtics| Who’s on the Trade Block?| Callers Reactions - 6/24 (Hour 3)
Q: Could the Celtics realistically build around Giannis instead of Brown?
Yes, but it would require sacrificing significant assets and probably altering the roster's core balance; the panel discusses how Giannis would affect ceiling, interior defense, and cap dynamics, while noting whether the Celtics are willing to commit to that path given long-term implications.
Brian Robb Joins | A Big Two Weeks For Celtics| Who’s on the Trade Block?| Callers Reactions - 6/24 (Hour 3)
Q: What is the likelihood of Jalen Brown being traded this off-season?
The consensus among the hosts and Robb is that Brown is on the table, though not guaranteed to be moved; the odds of him being back next season are mixed, and teams are weighing multiple avenues to supplement the roster, with Giannis as a high-upside alternative but at a high financial and asset cost.
David Andrews in Studio - 6-4 (Hour 2)
Q: What was your first reaction to AJ. Brown joining the Patriots?
It felt like a big swing that signals the team's intent to compete at a high level immediately, with a veteran presence to stabilize the offense and elevate the entire unit.
Max St. John Joins The Show // More NFL Schedule Leaks // Fake Promo Friday - 5/15 (Hour 4)
Q: How do you decide which games go into prime-time slots?
We coordinate with our prime-time partners, focus on showcasing the strongest teams from the previous year, and aim to balance the schedule so playoff teams have a spread of national windows across the season, with flexibility to move big games into prime-time as needed.
