I typically don't write reviews but I wanted to say the RPR material was really compelling to me. In todays world of preparation and injury prevention this Philosophy sounds like something that can assist young and old athelets to perform at their best. As a former athlete I am going to do more research about RPR to help me and my kids be better prepared to compete each day.
I listen to this podcast on long road trips and I always get little golden nuggets of info. I am a late starter to coaching and find this absolutely necessary for my development. Thanks to the team!
