I was moved by the whole episode with SN. At the end particularly when Josh Baehr says to her in response to something she was saying about being sort of pigeonholed: “You are a great artist. You are not a great artist from Bushwick. You are not a great artist from Iran. You are not a great artist from America. You are a great artist.” I started to cry, actually. Thanks, Josh Baehr for speaking your heart to the art world.
The podcast is looking at art from a business point of view, which is a very interesting angle.
With his decades of experience Josh Bear provides truly unique insights into the inner workings of the art market.
Very special contact
This is the first unfavorable podcast review I have ever felt compelled to write. Really wanted to learn about the art market and corrections it might be going through but found the episode unhelpful/uniformative and the attitude of the speaker felt like he was “above” all of us listeners. I thought you might want to know how it came off to at least this one listener.
…But here are my 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
