A spooky and intriguing tale of a side gig on very very wrong. I enjoy that the stories were ultimately tied to each other. I can't wait for season two.
I've only just recently gotten into The Author's Anathema, but it's a solid story with great voice acting. more
I found this podcast through the creators tiktok and decided to give it a try. I listened to all nine episodes in one sitting and it was absolutely amazing!! its one of my favourite podcasts. the characters are amazing, the plot is perfect and the ending had me absolutely shocked. i loved it so much and it’s definitely one of my favourite podcasts ever!! Each episode is so compelling and addictive. I wish I could have come in 2 seasons in so I could binge but for now I excitedly wait for every episode.
I went into this podcast knowing nothing about it and was absolutely floored by the twist at the end of episode one (which is really just the premise of the show). The overarching plot is really intriguing and the individual stories are truly horrific (affectionate). I always enjoy listening!!
Of all the new podcasts I've been listening to lately, this one rings the closest to The Magnus Archives. However, it is very much it's own story and it's own world. The anecdotes are much more personal and connected. And I'm excited to see how the story unfolds.
I'm really into this so far! Each narrative in the stories have been really compelling (I was ESPECIALLY into episode 2 - chills!) and the overarching plot is starting to come together. The voice acting is also spectacular. Interested to see where this is going!
I found this through a post about it on tik tok, and I'm so glad the algorithm knows me well. We're only 2 episodes in as of this review but I think it's one to watch folks!
