A wonderful Christian parenting book. It really good at teaching you how to keep a biblical perspective. Each child is different and your parenting techniques will be different for each child, but it stresses the importance of keeping in mind your long-term goals.
What a great book! Just what I need as a Christian parent.
This is an amazing book. I have been going through the study with my husband after watching the videos and there is some amazing stuff in here! From love, relationships and character building to identity and mission, this book covers it all! Providing tools to help build, repair, reclaim relationships from a biblical perspective. This is basically the handbook on intentional parenting and I LOVE IT!
I just finished this book and put it at the top of my list of favorites. I found it to be encouraging and helpful in raising my young children to pursue a life for Christ. I recommend this book to any parents but especially parents of young to teenage children.
Good material, but he never bothered write a book with it: this is s compilation of bullet lisr on pages. Useful insights, Scripture is there, though not so much as foundation but as justification for the to-do lists. Not the grestest read as a book.
I could identify with it all
Use the book in conjunction with the Art of Parenting small group series. Book goes more in depth, and is a great supplement to one of the best parenting courses I've ever taken. I give this opinion as a father and now a grandfather, pastor and teacher.
I wish I would have had access to this book and information years ago. However, this book is still helpful for communicating with my adult children. I am planning on gifting this book to friends and family when they become parents.
This book is easy to read, practical and encourages parents to be intentional in their parenting. Excellent book
The most informative and practical biblical parenting book I’ve read! Thank you for all the real life stories and advice that show how to put our biblical principals into practice. I just finished the last page and I’m ready to start all over. As a mother of four (ages 2,8,11,&12) this book both inspired and encouraged me to fight the good fight and get my “arrows” pointed in the right direction.
