So hot and cold. Never apologises but always makes it an issue I started. Said was in therapy - found out finished 6 months ago and wasn’t a clin. Psych. Episode 15 has saved my sanity thank you
This gem is one of the most in-depth, insightful podcasts I have ever listened to on inter personal relationships.
In all honesty it has been completely life changing for me and I have listened to most episodes more than once (I never do this)!

Great show with a smart, funny and kind host who is well-researched, honest and insightful. This could be dry but I found it entertaining and informative.
