  • Insightful with sprinkles of laughter

Jo’s big sister attitude brings an insight and non-judgemental approach to the conversation around co-dependency. It’s a topic that can be so difficult to talk about and take action to bring change but Jo provides the confidence that change can happen. I’m hoping there will be more episodes in 2022
