Since October I’ve binged all TVD episodes and have gotten emotionally attached to my new podcast friends. So much so that now I have to do something I promised I never would, watch The Originals… Just so I can enjoy more 30 rock and new girl references, bonks, cut by plugs, boy corners, and discussions of other movies and shows Jill hasn’t seen. Thank you all for creating a wonderful podcast and bringing brilliant insights to a sometimes less than brilliant show.
Morgan, LaToya, and Jill give us all the best parts of a successful podcast: great bits, a descriptive walkthrough of each episodes, great bits, multiple perspectives of backgrounds and horniness, great bits, and a wonderful conversation style that feels inclusive. Who knew there was a moon landing? Multiple characters fighting over the D. No thoughts, head empee. D-d-d-d-d-d-dead wife. The little boy corner. And the most comical bonks ever. That short little Jenny with her little jar and her ex... more
The current hellscape that is the media led to breaks from news and socials, but I found salvation in the glorious universe that is the Ampire diaries podcast. LaToya, Morgan and Jill provide a safe haven of endless joy, especially because they don't make me engage with my device to skip past commercials. more
AMPire Diaries is the most entertaining and hilarious listen in my podcast rotation. If you are a fan of the TVD universe, this pod is a MUST. I love seeing these shows through Jill’s newbie eyes, especially as a fellow rider of the Trevino Train. I laugh out loud in almost every episode as Morgan and Latoya call back to past jokes (Klaus’ mascara tears / Tyler and Elaina as BFFs are two all time favs). Shout out to Michael for Boy Corner, a segment classic. Keep podcasting, always and forever. ... more
I ran out of Angel On Top episodes, so I’m watching Vampire Diaries specifically to hear Latoya and Morgan talk about tv some more. They are hilarious and their chemistry is perfect. Thank you for a great podcast. P.S. - When Latoya sings, I LIVE.
