    Now I am hooked. Wish I didn’t wait this long to start.

    This podcast sat in my feed for a long time before I had the courage to start listening.

    Today, I started with Episode 2 of Life of the Mind (which starts with chapter 1 of the book).

    So far this year (2025) this wonderful little episode is the first online experience that did not leave me in a state of high anxiety BUT somehow returned me back to the “real” world in a way that makes me feel better equipped to engage with it.
