So the take away here is, and this is a faith based podcast so it comes as no surprise, that any and all cheater behavior is explained away by trauma and the betrayed partner is the one with all the burden to rehabilitate them and save the relationship. No acknowledging of how often the cheating partner is just a terrible person who uses manipulation and lies to keep the betrayed trapped.

A little over 3 years ago, my world was turned upside down and I did not know where to turn. I could not tell our friends or family because I did not want them to think less of him… but the way he continued to “act out” it was obvious to everyone he chose a different path, ending our almost 30 year marriage.
