Rocky Jordan is a great show but you should find another Rocky Jordan podcast & skip this one. Every episode has segments of other shows randomly mixed in to it. So you’ll get bits and pieces of each program but never a complete episode of either. I listened to the first 4 episodes then gave up.
I’ve listened to these AFRS recordings before from mp3 files and they were very entertaining. These podcasts however, stop and skip where they shouldn’t and the first second one ends prematurely. It wouldn’t be so bad if I could just touch “Play” but I have to slide the progress bar and even that is not guaranteed to work.

Classic radio noir follows an American cafe owner in Cairo who is drawn into murder investigations, money schemes, blackmail and other dangerous mysteries. The stories use a recurring central character and a rotating cast of suspects, allies and adversaries, with plots built around misdirection, hidden motives and dramatic confrontations. Cairo's cafes, nightclubs and streets provide an atmospheric backdrop, while the writing leans on hard-boiled crime fiction and the conventions of mid-century radio drama. The format is scripted narrative rather than interviews or discussion, making it a fit for listeners who enjoy vintage audio fiction and intricate crime plots. Recent recordings also include interruptions and material from other radio dr... more
