This is one of my favorite podcasts! Dale and Austin do a great job interviewing guests. They’re heart for eople and the church is evident and they’re offering a resource that truly helps the pastor and church succeed. Keep up the good work! I Iove it!
As a vocational minister at a small church, this is what I need. I love the conversations and espeically the context for the majority of the church that isn't glamorous or drawing all the attention like the "successful" churches that are huge. Thank you, Austin! You have another fan.
What a great resource for small-church pastors. It's easy for pastors to get discouraged in this day and time, so what a blessing to be able to be encouraged in their work by hearing from others who are dealing with the same issues.
The church leadership world is littered with voices and resources for the large (and beyond) church, but Dale & Austin bring great perspective and encouragement for the rest of us in 95% of the churches in America. Love listening to these guys each week.
