I was listening to the latest episode and just want to vent a bit. I 100% agree that a drastic change has to be made. I don’t think there is any doubt that it has to be on ice. Ie the players. You can’t keep changing coaches and everything else and giving them a pass.
It has to be a substantial player or players going out. If you don’t do something drastic the culture isn’t going to change.
