If you want a detailed introduction of Arab sociopolitical movements in the 20th century, there is simply no better resource. My biggest issue is that every requires multiple listens 😂. I hope they make a book covering this information - I will purchase it on Day 1.
Learned *so* much from this
This DEEEEEEEP history of Arab revolutionary leftist political development was like getting a free college semester’s worth of education - one that exceeded any class I took studying political science in college years ago.
It’s fundamentally sharpened, challenged, and deepened my understanding of where the region is today and expanded my view of future possibilities.
