I like the host. She is like able and fun. However in most every show I’ve listened to there is such a biased leaning towards the left for idiotic reasons. Like it or not Tolkien was a Christian man and a man of faith. Truth doesn’t change just because it’s the “20th century”. I’m not here to listen to your liberal view points I thought I’d be hearing about the world of Middle Earth.

I am 4 episodes in and am enjoying Mary Clay Watt as the host, the banter she has with the guests she brings on, and the coverage of the story. BUT, as a first time LotR reader listening to the show as I read along, there are so many spoilers (ranging from seemingly small to seemingly large) already within the first 4 episodes of the podcast.
