  • Number 1 scary movie podcast

Love this podcast! Really good episodes that sometimes take it a step further than just recapping a movie, they talk about the symbolism or overall impact this horror film had on the genre. Usually let the episodes pile up so Freddie and Jon can soothe me on a long car or plane ride.

  • Great show, they’re letting me review it again…

UPDATE 9/4/25: Dude, John, I’m totally lifting that wonderful rap you did on music for the SUD recovery groups I teach. That scene from Sinners (the spirits and ghosts jam-out) blew my mind and you put it to words brilliantly.

…so 5 stars! Freddie is a Jedi knight in another life so he’s all good by me, and I looked up Joh... more
