I am a Certified EFT Therapist and I am saddened at the very limited mindsets of some of the guests you have on this podcast. The assumptions she makes about how religious people don’t emphasize human relationships and are all filled with shame aren’t broadly accurate, but she speaks abo... more
I’ve been listening for quite a while now and was hoping the sound quality would get better because the content is really awesome. I just really encourage you to update or completely overhaul whatever you’re using because the sound quality is not good and I think that you lose a lot of viewers because of it. Thank you for the real talk (with real strategies) on relationships- and how to improve them. You have knowledgable guests as well! Tanja x
I got so much out of the two episodes on Forgiveness. I found it helpful to think of it as a process rather than a single event. I have listened to multiple episodes and you have great guests that inform my personal life, and my professional life in healthcare. There are shows that I share with friends that could benefit from a deeper understanding of the struggles they are going through. Keep those great guests coming.
Content is 5 stars, audio quality is 1 star, which is a real shame for an audio only platform.
