This podcast is so gorgeous and introspective, Camille and Faith both bring such a thoughtful and warm presence to all of the subjects and characters they cover and I've found such joy in listening to their points of view. Really shocked by the poor reviews others have left, the "lack of energy" some have described ... more
These hosts lack charisma. Their guests are no better. Not a good look for Texas.
Loved that Forrest Bess episode!
Iāve listened to only a few episodes so far and Iām enjoying it immensely! The way the hosts speak about their state resonates with how I experience Minnesota and I also love comparing and contrasting how the two very different environments evoke similar emotions and when and where that happens for them and I. Came here from Nymphet Alumni and Iām so happy to listen to something that is so deeply in tune with my point of view as well as broadens it. š¤š¤š¤
This podcast is weirdly relaxing and somehow also gently expansive, like settling in to a Cosmos episode after a really long day with a giant glass of wine and bag of pillow mints . It feels like you should be paying more attention but itās also structured and organized enough that you donāt have to. Satisfying and looking forward to more! And I like the on-the-ground aspects, so I hope that becomes a feature :)
