  • This is not an audio podcast

You have to watch it somewhere, on youtube maybe? For a larger part of episode I was listening host and guest was doing something with some app saying things like "and then you click here" or "the errors you see is what I am talking about" without actually explaining what is "here" or how those errors looks like or anything. Even if I was unlucky and this is not common a fair warning about this specific episode requiring watching is a respectful and polite thing to do. Not to mention that what I... more

  • It’s a dream come true speaking with Joe

I have been a great fan of Joe since 2019. I used to listen to his podcasts every now and then and learned a great deal myself in automation space. He puts a lot of hard work to bring the right technical content in a very nice observable format for all levels of listeners.

I had an amazing experience talking to him in a podcast. It’s definitely a dream come true for me. And am so thankful to him for giving the opportunity to share my journey. His podcasts help a lot of engineers. I definitely ... more

How to Test Any API Without Documentation with Liudas Jankauskas
Q: How do you know when to do API testing, and how do you identify APIs to test when there is no documentation?
The guest explains that API testing is often discovered when you're building or integrating with internal APIs; you should inspect DevTools, observe requests, and test what the UI consumes—these practices reveal APIs under the hood even without formal OpenAPI docs.
AI QA Agents Explained: How Amikoo Helps Testers with Ivan Barajas Vargas
Q: How does Amikoo differ from your earlier MuukTest and symbolic AI approaches?
MuukTest relied on symbolic reasoning; Amikoo is built from zero with a harness of dedicated agents and tools, combining symbolic foundations with generative AI as needed, designed specifically for current testing workflows.
AI QA Agents Explained: How Amikoo Helps Testers with Ivan Barajas Vargas
Q: Why did you decide to launch Amikoo now, and what needs does it address in modern QA?
Amikoo was born from the observation that code velocity has outpaced traditional testing tools. It's designed to help testers and developers test faster in a world of 10x more code, using a no-code AI approach with specialized agents and tools that augment human judgment rather than replace it.
Your AI Code Review Is Lying to You (Here's the Fix) with Evan Marshall
Q: How does Ito differ in handling QA compared to standard code review tools?
Ito runs the code in a fully functional environment, gathers runtime evidence across the stack, and links failures back to specific causes in a way that static checks cannot, thereby offering a more holistic view of software quality.
Your AI Code Review Is Lying to You (Here's the Fix) with Evan Marshall
Q: Why did you feel there was a need for a different approach to QA and testing beyond traditional automation?
The core issue is that running code and validating runtime behavior uncover issues that static analysis and diff-based reviews miss, especially bugs that only appear when the system is exercised end-to-end. Ito addresses this by executing the app, capturing evidence, and focusing on actual user flows and integration points.
